Charles Knyvett, Composer to George III, a descendant of Edmund Knyvett, Sergeant-Porter to Henry VIII, and Jane Bourchier, had three sons. Charles, Henry, and William. The second son, Henry, had four sons. Henry John (d. unm.), Carey Seymour, Frederick (d.s.p.) and Felix. Felix had a son, Felix Sumner, who d. unm. Living descendants of Carey Seymour are Carey Frederick, Bishop of Selby, and John Seymour (Major), of Guildford, who has issue, one son and 2 dau.
